ABOUT THE COURSE

Real Trainings 28 day program is similar to a correspondence course for sales people in the real estate industry.  It can also be used to introduce new sales people to the Real Training International Consultative listing and selling system.

The programme is divided into 4 weeks (28 days) Each day has a module to learn and within each module there are several seesions to be completed. With the help of the video and audio clips participants are concisely lead through the 28 days.

During the course participants are shown systems for prospecting, time management and how to deliver a powerful listing presentation to gain listing instructions for a strong and rewarding real estate career.

As the participants work through the programme they are asked questions at the end of some of the sessions. An 85% pass is required for the completion of the programme. Managers can always check this progress and score.

There are two areas to this web site:

The first is where the sales person actually goes through the many video and audio clips, making notes answering the questions and doing the exercises over 28 days.

The other is the managers area where you can monitor the performance of sales people doing the programme and check their answers and add new people from your office. You will also see the subjects your participant is learning each day and gives the answers to any questions they may ask. Although the course has been designed on a self teaching basis, monitoring and input from managment reaps the best results.

COMPUTER SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS:

1. A  computer connected to the internet  ADSL, Cable or Broadband connection will give the best results. We do not recomend using a dial up connection.
